2. A copy of any paperwork you have received from the police (ideally neatly scanned as a single pdf file.  If you send photos then ensure they are taken from directly above, not at an angle)

3. The first two pages of the Single Justice Procedure Notice or Postal Requisition, together with any case summary, statements or exhibits that came with it.

4. Details of any current endorsements that are on your driving licence. A simple way to do this is to download a licence summary from the DVLA website https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
